I’m so glad you’re here.

I never know where to begin when talking about myself, so let’s start here.

I believe that the answers we are searching for already exist within us, we’ve simply forgotten where to look. Sometimes we need to peel back layers of what was never truly ours in the first place and find stillness to unravel who we truly are, develop a deep sense of self and connect back to our inner wisdom, intuition and guidance.

That’s where I come in, to hold space for you and to offer gentle guidance as you decondition and come home to yourself.

I use a range of modalities in our work together including; Reiki, energy readings, holistic counselling, channeling. somatic practices and polyvagal theory to work with the nervous system. Offerings are available in Perth, WA or online.
